Processing & Dispatch:

After an order has been confirmed, we generally prepare and dispatch it within 1–2 working days, Monday to Friday.

Following dispatch, standard delivery within the United Kingdom generally takes approximately 3–5 working days.

Actual transit time can depend on the delivery address, order size, product type, and the carrier handling the shipment. Larger or bulky items may be subject to specific delivery arrangements.

Estimated Total Delivery Period:

Your Right to Return:

Most items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions set out in this policy. Returns may be accepted where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, not as described, or where you have simply changed your mind.

Return Delivery Costs:

For faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or misdescribed items, Diss Discount will cover reasonable return delivery costs where applicable. For change-of-mind returns, the customer will generally be responsible for the cost of returning the product, unless applicable law requires otherwise or we agree to cover the cost. For large or bulky products, please contact us before arranging transportation so that we can confirm the appropriate return method.

Restocking Fees:

We do not charge restocking fees on eligible returns. Where the customer is responsible for return delivery costs, those costs will be explained as part of the return arrangements.

Refund Processing Time:

Once your return has been reviewed and approved, we aim to process your refund within 7 business days. The time required for the refund to appear in your account can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
